How to Apply

You can now get a quotation and buy online for MartialGuard Instructors and MartialGuard Clubs and Associations. Choose MartialGuard Instructors or MartialGuard Clubs and Associations as required.

MartialGuard Instructors

  1. Buy your MartialGuard Instructors Insurance online now.
  2. Please download the Cover Summary and Proposal Form (Note: You need only print pages 2 to 5).
  3. Please fully complete the document ensuring you have made your cover preferences and selected your preferred payment option on page 3.
  4. Return the completed form to us:

  • by fax on 0121 214 6088
  • Or post along with your payment to:

If you wish to make a payment by Credit or Debit Card complete the payment details on page 3 or please call us on 0844 873 0182.

For payment by cheque, please post both proposal and cheque together.

Cover will not commence until a correct and fully completed, signed form and full payment is received.

Policies must be renewed before the renewal date to ensure that there is no break in cover.

Cover cannot be back dated.

Note: Direct Debit is not available on the MartialGuard Instructors Policy.

MartialGuard Clubs and Associations

  1. Buy your MartialGuard Clubs and Associations Insurance online now.
  2. Please download the MartialGuard Clubs and Associations Cover Summary and Proposal Form along with the MartialGuard Clubs and Associations Payment Option Form. (Note: You need only print pages 3 to 8 of the Cover Summary and Proposal Form).
  3. Please fully complete the document ensuring you have made your cover preferences.
  4. Complete the Payment Options Form indicating your preferred payment method.
  5. Return the completed Cover Summary and Proposal and Payment Options Form
